− The problem is that "private" rooms open to the shared area; while there are "quiet hours" from 11 pm to 7 am, in practice it is hard to make people respect that; I was woken up every day between 6 and 6:30 am; The shared room also has very harsh white lights that no one turns off, so the light bleeds to the rooms. And the bed was also too hard and not very comfortable.
