10.0I had a great stay with two younger kids and 18 year old and an 8 year old . Staff very friendly . Food was fantastic pool and chutes are great also . Never a problem finding subbed . And plenty choice to eat so was never rammed in the buffet area . Probably my best hotel so far in turkey and there have been many :) top Marks

1.0Konumu iyiydi. Havalimanına yakındı. Bazı çalışanlar çok güler yüzlüydü, ilgilerdi.
− Toplam 5 gün kaldık. 2. Günü klima bozuldu. Söylediğimizde teknik ekip yönlendiriyoruz dediler. Meğerse teknik ekip o anda yokmuş. Ertesi gün sabah gelecekmiş. Bize yapıldı dediler. Odaya döndüğümüzde yapılmamış olduğunu gördük ve çok kötü bir gece geçirdik. Antalya sıcağında. Ertesi gün yapıldı. Yapılmasına rağmen yine bozuldu ve odayı su bastı. Klimanın olduğu bölümden su akmaya başladı. Orada elektrik tesisatı olduğu için tedirgin olduk. Yangın çıkabilirdi. Sonra tekrar söyledik ve sonunda oda değişti. Odanın değişmesi ve klima ile olan mücadelemiz 2 gün sürdü. Organizasyon eksiğiliği ve yaşadığımız mağduriyet sebebiyle bu oteli bir daha tercih etmeyeceğimiz kesin. Klima bozulduğu gecenin sabahında resepsiyona indiğimde ‘’çok kötü bir gece geçirdik’’ dedim. Resepsiyondaki arkadaştan ‘’bizde çok kötü bir gece geçirdik’’ yanıtını aldım. Profesyonellikten uzak bir ekiple çalışıyor olmanız üzücü. Bunun dışında animasyon ekibinin terbiyesiz tavrı da tuz biber oldu. Canlı müzik sırasında dansa davet ettiler yüksek sesli müzik sebebiyle arkadaşın dediğini duyamamıştım. Sonrasında bağırarak ‘’Türkçe konuşuyorum duymuyor musun ? ‘’ şeklinde bir söylem ile karşılaştım. Ben oraya dinlenmeye gitmememe rağmen böyle saçma sapan sorunlarla karşılaşıp 5 günün 3 günü müşteri ilişkileri ile muhattap olmak durumunda kaldım. Gerçekten kötü bir deneyimdi.
