3.0No beach towels Need to put in room on arriving and just exchange for a clean one Some people had 3 it took us 3 days for them Need to buy more Big pool slimey and green and can’t get in or out one ladder no steps another one falling off need attention Need more pool lounges around pools Breakfast nice but lacking utensils to eat with hot food cold and needing top ups more regularly Telephone in room not working at all Staff very friendly and tried to best to rectify problems Resort needs a good freshening up otherwise perfect location

− No bowls or spoons (to make tea) in room. Shower base in room 355 seems to be leaking, whenever you shower, water leaks all over the floor. Water pressure too low in both 354 & 355, can't flush toilet properly & hard to wash long hair due to very low water pressure... we where 5 females staying, all with long hair, so kinda hard to wash it after going in the pool. Also we booked this place after seeing it had a nice outdoor play area for kids, but staff said it's broken awhile back & dismantled, so the pictures should be removed from their site... False information there... my 5yr old had been talking about the play park all the way reaching to the hotel & was really disappointed when she didn't find one there!!!

1.0− Doesn’t look anything like the pictures. Paid for a room and didn’t get that room. No hot water for 48 hours. Bathroom was mouldy and not clean at all. I was too scared to take my shoes off.
I guess you get what you pay for, lovely staff.
4.0Great location and staff were fantastic. Wifi was good.
− One pools water was questionable and the rooms are in desperate need of a freshen up. Breakfast was no good.
