10.0The atmosphere at palmgrove was incredibly peaceful, surrounded by flora and on the river we could watch the variety of canal boats as we ate our breakfast in peace and tranquility. The staff were incredibly helpful and communicative - all my questions ahead of our stay were answered promptly. They helped us throughout our stay with sorting transport and storing luggage with them even after checking out and staying on a houseboat.
− While not directly the fault of palmgrove, I would advise seeking a kayak independently as there was some miscommunication between ourselves and the guy who took us out on the kayaks which was organised by the resort -- palmgrove were very understanding about this and made us feel heard when we shared this with them.

9.0Everything was amazing! From the food, the friendly staff to the amazing view of the backwaters we woke up to everyday and not to mention the wonderful time we had at our shikkara sunrise boat trip!
