3.0Location is very close to the beach.
− The hotel is deteriorated. The bathroom is not cleaned well. There is thick, stubborn limescale and brown rust stain inside the toilet bowl. The ladies toilet at swimming pool cannot be used. Lots of birds droppings around the pool. It should not be categorised as 3-star at all

Good location, but building is dated
5.0Location is good. Next to a water park. And 200m from a nice grilled fish (ikan bakar) stall by the cove. Good food with sunset views at affordable price. Check in, check out, was simple and easy. Abundant parking available on site
− Smell of tobacco -- it was a non-smoking unit, but probably the previous guest had smoked. The towels also smelled of cigarette smoke Internet -- slow and laggy Blankets -- need thicker blankets in the mid and small room. Master bedroom had a nice comforter

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in.
