8.0The spa is well maintained and not crowded. The rooms are clean and well kept. Friendliness from the staff was hit or miss (depending on the person) but it didn't bother us too much.
− We didn't find too much to do in the area around Elena, so our stay was brief.

9.0Het uitzicht was FANTASTISCH!. De dame in het restaurant sprak aardig goed Engels en deed heel erg haar best.
− De dame aan de receptie was erg vlak. Dat werd gecompenseerd door haar collega, die ons goed hielp mbv Google translate. De douchecabine was verouderd en lekte.

10.0Комплекс Панорама е прекрасно място.Стаята беше чиста и с прекрасен изглед от терасата.Персоналът беше много любезен и обслужването в хотела и ресторанта беше на много високо ниво.Благодарим за хубавия престой и в най-скоро време отново ще ви посетим.
