1.0Die Matratze ist dreckig und schmutzig, schimmelt und es riecht , muffig. Unbeschreibbar🫣😡😡. Der Schrank aus bamboos unter Fenster als Ablage gebaut ist kaputt und drinnen sind Ratten 🐀 scheisse. Ikelhaft. Ich habe paar Videos und Fotos an Kundenservice gesendet sowohl direkt ans Hotel aber leider bis jetzt kein Antwort. Ich hatte gebucht vom 26.02-01.03.2026 , wir sind gegen 20 Uhr angekommen im Hotel aber wir sind noch an dem späte Abend den 26.02.26 nach anderen Hotel noch gefahren. Ne wieder , nicht empfehlenswert.
They should fix all the rooms inside and out, and maintain the beauty and cleanliness , because our experienced is real

− A lot of things first is bathroom looks so dirty ang water color yellow and the room is not they same as in picture and in the morning we saw the roof is really bad lastly surrounding is not cleaned.

− The food was too expensive.The room was ok but the linens were not comfortable to use( blankets).Also the water from the shower was smelly.

3.0It's beside the beach line
− The place is ran down. Some villas made of bamboo and nipa are almost about to fall off. We had to leave and not stay afraid that it may fall down once we get in and including our staff. Pity because when we went there in 2016 and we really loved the place. But now it looks like it was abandoned during the COVID and no major repairs and/or improvements can be seen. Some villas including beside the one we were assigned , literally are unhabitable. We did not demand for refund.

− Delapidated and decayed rooms..lack of care of the place..what you see in the pictures of hotel website is NOT REAL. Cockroaches, mouse in the room..Unclean swimming pool..expensive breakfast, cold food..untrimmed grass and bushes..ITS NOT WORTH THE PRICE.
