10.0Es un hotel cómodo y con instalaciones en muy bienas condiciones. El personal es amable y está presto a ayudar. Las zonas verdes están muy bien cuidadas. Hay iguanas y mapaches, lo que hace llamativo el lugar. Las actividades náuticas fueron excepcionales
− En el hotel viven algunos perritos, unos 5 o 6, en precarias condiciones. Si bien no hacen parte del hotel, ellos no molestan ni incomodan a los visitantes, de hecho les da temor acercarse a las personas. El hotel tiene la capacidad económica para darles alimentación y los cuidados veterinarios que merecen. Finalmente, si hay algún incidente con esos perritos, sean o no parte del hotel, la cadena debe asumir cualquier costo, por eso es mejor integrarlos a sus instalaciones y dinámicas, prestarles ayuda veterinariaa, o por lo menos darles alimentos y agua

− Nos cobraron otro valor mucho más elevado, informando que booking se equivoca al hacer la reserva de infantes, nos facturaron CO 1.800.000.- app extras. Los tragos mala calidad, comida mala calidad de proteína y poca variedad de proteína. Para reservar en los restaurantes, había que hacer filas y mucho tiempo, misma cosa para solicitar tragos. Pocos puntos de hidratación y comida. Wi Fi no funcionaba en ningún lugar, excepto en restaurante principal (Buffet) y Lobby del hotel
