¡Lugar excepcional para descanso y desconexión!
8.0La ubicación nos encantó!! El hotel esta en un punto estratégico donde se puede disfrutar de una piscina natural en medio del mar caribe, arena blanca y aguas tibias. Para descansar y desconectar es un lugar mágico. Los platos y la cocina siempre preparados con ingredientes frescos y sabores auténticos. El personal es amable. Un reconocimiento especial para Manuel, uno de los colaboradores del hotel, quien nos acompañó en la actividad de snorkel y garantizó que nos sintiéremos seguros y tranquilos.
− Varias sugerencias y oportunidades de mejora: 1) El hotel no tiene recepción. Una pequeña estaría perfecta. El ingreso de los huéspedes lo hacen en un mesón del restaurante que conecta directamente a la cocina. 2) Sugiero venta productos de confitería y paquetes; El menú que ofrecen no siempre esta disponible. Debíamos preguntar que ingredientes y que bebidas tenían para seleccionar el menú. 3) Cuando hice la reserva por la aplicación, me contactaron del hotel y me ofrecieron actividades adicionales. Compre dos (2) planes por adelantado antes de llegar: snorkel y pesca de fondeo, sin embargo no hubo comunicación por parte del asesor que me vendió los planes con la administradora que estaba encargada en ese momento en el hotel, por lo tanto el itinerario para desarrollar las actividades tuvo que ser cambiado. No pudimos realizar la pesca de fondeo porque el ancla del bote no esta en óptimas condiciones y el planchón no pudo anclarse para realizar la actividad; afortunadamente nos reemplazaron la actividad por un desplazamiento en el bote para visitar la Isla Santa Cruz del Islote. Al realizar el snorkel, no se entregaron chalecos de seguridad ni flotador, lo que hizo que realizáramos la actividad agitados, pues estábamos en una zona profunda y nos generó incertidumbre porque éramos principiantes. Nos ofrecieron otra actividad adicional (fogata/noche de cine) pero no se llevó a cabo.

9.0Très belle plage . Très beaux équipements. On avait une chambre magnifique vue sur la mer. Matériel à dispo paddle et masque de plongée. Personnel très sympa et très aidant. Une note particulière à manuel 🙏
