What a Sharming Experience!
10.0This was our second visit to Charmillion Aquapark. We first stayed here in January, and this time we came back in July. We were very satisfied during our first stay, and once again we had an excellent experience. We would especially like to thank Mohamed Adel at the reception. He was extremely helpful throughout our stay. Whenever a couple of small issues arose, he found solutions himself and took great care of us. We truly appreciate all of his support. We would also like to thank Mohamed Abdulatif from Mr. Abdu Selem's team. He cleaned our room perfectly every day and even surprised us with lovely little touches that made our stay even more enjoyable. We are also grateful to Mr. Abdu Selem for building such a wonderful team. We would also like to thank Mina, who worked at the bar near the entrance. Despite the busy working hours, he always served us with a warm smile and kindness. His positive attitude made our experience even more enjoyable. We truly love Charmillion Aquapark, and we are sure that we will come back many more times in the future. Thank you once again for everything!

10.0من اول لحظة و حقيقي المكان بيبان من المدخل رائحة منعشة ونظيفة طاقم استقبال وأمن قمة فى الادب و الذوق و الأخلاق، أخص بالذكر مستر أحمد ياسين ف الاستقبال واللي بيتابعنا حتى واتس اب اول بأول لو ف حجز داخلى او خارجي للتنسيق مستر هشام ومستر أحمد فى المطعم الرئيسي و شباب الانيميشن ، احمد امين مسؤل نظافة الغرف والمبني بتاعنا كنت مستغربة ازاى الناس بيفتكر اسماء الموظفين، لاء ياجماعة بيفرق وبتعلم معا الشخص جدا اهتمام بالغرف و النظافة بشدة، وضعوا سرير للطفل بدون ما نطلب واهتموا بالمكان اللي طلبناه للغرف غير الهدية اللطيفة بعيد ميلاد ابني تورتة و حلويات 🎊❤️🌹 المطعم كان رهيب بصراحة و مش متنوعة بشدة لكن الاهم فى نظافة و خامات الاكل ع اعلى مستوي وطقم الخدمة و السيرفس متعاون ومؤدبين جدا والنظافة مليوووون الفندق رووعة وقمة الإبداع وبالذات للعائلات و ممتع للاطفال جدا ، في مسرح وعرائس وحفلات و عروض انيميشن كمان ودة حاجة لذيذة اوي كان عندي تعليقات ع الاكل و كلمت المسؤل عن المطعم و الشيف واتواصلوا معايا من الرسيبشن وعرفتهم رايي بردو والناس مشكورين جدا جدا اتواصلوا بكل ذوق وقالوا هيشوفوا الوضع دة و يعدلوا عليه لإرضاء النزلاء لان دة الاهم لهم و دة موقف فى منتهي المهنية والاحترام و الذوق حقيقي 👌👌 شيف الحلويات استاذ ورئيس قسم حقيقي كل يوم تنوع واختلاف وفن رهيب يااخي دة كفاية الاكوا و تيم الانيميشن والناس اللي بتضحك ف وشك وتخدم بكل ذوق وبدون طلب رحلة مميزة الحمد لله و هنكررها تاني بس بعد كدة اقرب للشتاء عشان اتشوينا 😅❤️🌹
