10.0We visited this hotel twice this year and everything was perfect. The pool, the beach, the food quality, the service, and the rooms were all excellent. Special thanks to Mr. Khaled and Mr. Rami for their amazing hospitality and how they take care of the guests. We had a wonderful experience and we will definitely be back again.

10.0We had an amazing stay. The hotel was exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained, and had a wonderful atmosphere. The staff were outstanding throughout our visit, always friendly, professional, and eager to help. A special thank you to Mr. Mohamed Hefny, who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. He was incredibly helpful, managed everything smoothly, and kept us updated about the hotel's events and activities. His excellent service made a real difference to our experience. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.
− There are a few areas where the hotel could improve. The bar staff were not as welcoming or friendly as the rest of the team, whose service was excellent throughout our stay. The beach facilities could also be improved, as they were not on par with those at similar hotels in the area. Additionally, it was a little confusing to know which restaurants were included in our booking package. Clearer information or signage would make the dining experience much more straightforward for guests.
