Amazing, clean and professional
10.0First of all the owner is amazing, professional and kind. The caravan is in a great location to the pool and entertainment. Just a short 3-4 minute walk. Short walk to the beach front and a 15 min drive to the nearest fair. Inside was clean, tidy with everything we could need, from and air fryer to a stove and cooker. It was perfect dor us as a family of 7. We all fitted comfortably! Haven't got a bad word to say. From start to finish it was a breeze. Highly recommend!

Our short stay was okay but the park needs improvement
4.0Location was good and accommodation was nice and clean
− The park it’s self seems overwhelmed with staff appearing to be under trained and winging it. The swimming pool changing rooms are very poor if you are a single dad with a daughter/s as it’s just an open room for males and one for females and the session aloud in the pool is quite short. The site itself is shabby, dirty and run down, while we were there the rubbish was piled everywhere and blowing about. In the arcade a number of the machines were faulty. The staff overall when approached for any reason were quite rude and seemed stressed. The running of the new outdoor recently opened facilities were struggling with Go carts not working and staff struggling to cope at the reception through not being trained adequately. No alcohol available to buy in the on-site shop which is a first as every other park I’ve been to there has been alcohol available to buy. It’s a shame because the revenue being generated through the large number of caravans on site should adequately be enough to provide better facilities for both the caravan owners and the holiday makers.
