Excellent hotel and spa
10.0Lovely location. The courtyard room we had was spacious and very comfortable. The facilities at the spa were excellent and the food very good. Staff throughout were friendly and very efficient. Would have no hesitation in staying again.

− No one at reception at arrival despite that I've notified the hotel of when I'm expecting to be there. Slightly dated decor

5.0I liked the outdoor area. Lots of greenery.
− The spa & swimming pool,definitely over subscribed. The treatments where overpriced & disappointing. I learnt from a member of staff that the hotel was closing for two years for refurbishment, I then realised why most of the staff id come into contact with didn't care about customer_service as they were loosing their jobs, which is sad but when you spend your hardworking money on a hotel & treatments you should receive what you pay for. If this hotel was staying open i wouldn't recommend it.

Many facilities, good value.
9.0Arrived early evening, Brasserie was good. Room had hot water but the shower was a bit weak. More facilities than I expected - but I was unable to use them as I arrived too late.
− Breakfast was somewhat sparse and coffee was poor.

Ardencote Restaurant is open, but timings are limited and bookings are subject to availability. Pre-booking is advised, please contact the Hotel between 09:00 and 17:00 to check availability or make a booking.
Use of the indoor pool, squash courts, tennis courts and gyms is included. Any facilities that are not listed in the Booking.com package will not be included in your overnight stay
