10.0Struttura davvero bella. Curata negli arredi ed in ogni dettaglio. Si trova all’interno di un campo da golf bellissimo (se ho ben capito fa parte del circuito del campionato nazionale scozzese?!) … sembra (e forse in qualche modo lo è un club esclusivo!) Staff professionale e gentile, stanze pulite e confortevoli … ed una buonissima colazione alla carta.

10.0The chef, Alistair, served excellently prepared breakfast and dinner and made us feel very much at home. His advice on what to see and where to eat in East Neuk was most valuable.

5.0It was beautiful and the room was stunning
− Nothing about the property as it was beautiful and just what I would have wanted, but unfortunately there were a group of men in the room next to me who were loud all night from laughing, FaceTime calling people, shouting, slamming doors from 11pm until at least 4am so I had literally no sleep. I didn’t feel comfortable to go and ask them to be quiet being a woman alone. I also must not have quite fully locked the door and one of the men walked into my room in the morning and being a woman alone, that left me feeling a little uneasy. It unfortunately ruined what should have been a lovely evening and experience as when I got there and saw the room and location I was really pleased.

9.0The room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable.
− We were disconcerted to find that an evening meal was not available at the hotel. As the hotel was not within walking distance of any other restaurant, this meant having to get back into the car and drive to find a meal.
