Le fait qu’il y ait 3 piscines, cela permet de répartir les clients avec une piscine dédiée adultes. La piscine principale est vraiment belle. La chambre et propre et fonctionnelle. Le buffet est bon et un thème culinaire est organisé chaque soir. Le restaurant est très joli Dans l’ensemble c’est joli. La réception est vraiment belle.

− -Trop peu de place de parking dans l’hôtel. Nous avons dû mettre notre voiture dans un parking à côté qui faisait un peu « décharge » et surtout sans aucune ombre. - le fait de ne pouvoir réserver pour un dîner dans un restaurant qu’une seule fois dans le séjour à partir de 4 jours réservés - notre chambre avait vu sur un camping à côté qui faisait assez bizarre dans le contraste lieu très beau vs les gens à côté dans le camping - j’ai préférai le nord de l’île donc l’emplacement n’était pas incroyable

Uitgebreid buffet, zeer verzorgd hotel, mooie uitstraling, extra restaurants, voldoende zwembaden. Parking aan het hotel voor de wagen.

− Bedden/kussen minder goed. Douchekop aan de harde kant qua straal.

Disappointing staff, facilities and food

− The staff was indifferent and not very helpful. The pool would be reserved very early by big families with personal belongings so staff couldn’t move them if they weren’t present at the pool however when i started doing it my stuff was moved . When i spoke to the receptionist she said its a new protocol which was very unfair. The hotel gave us wrong information on how to reserve spots at the restaurants of the hotel and that lead to us not having availability, when we managed to eventually book spots the food was very bad and undercooked i can’t say they’re good restaurants. The main restaurant was very disappointing and the bread throughout the whole restaurants was so dry. The kids pool is very muddy and looks bad in comparison to the main pool which doesnt have enough spots so that’s very disappointing. The spa seemed to be the one thing i would enjoy however when that came around i booked a long and expensive face and foot massage treatment which ended up being painful head “massage “ and no face, and a mask treatment that was very awkward and for some odd reason was put on my entire body which i didnt ask for. No water was renewed in our room which made us buy for ourselves plus the queen bed was two single beds put together which was very uncomfortable. No late check out was given to us despite all of this and they also charged us 20€ to use a room with showers to freshen up which i found very rude.i

- Amazing amazing food, great quality, very tasty and unlike other All Inclusives we've been, they change constantly so you don't get tired of the food. The Greek restaurant is a must! - Great structure with the pools, although the main one could use renovation (like the one in front has, super nice!), its really nice to have everything close by for kids, adults, bar and the slides - Rooms were comfortable and spacious - Drinks were good quality - Really nice that they have a mini market inside the property - Great location with restaurants, markets and the beach a walking distance - Staff is incredible, everyone is super nice, helpful and will go a long way to support you

− - The italian restaurant was below expectations, both others were great with most dishes included in the all inclusive, but the italian was strange that even simple dishes like Carbonara were not included - They really need to add blackout curtains in the rooms, it was VERY light in them and this is quite a problem for how comfortable the rooms are - It was nice they had a kids club, however the only way it worked was by 2 hours shifts and the kids have to stay there without the parents. My 4 year old wouldn't stay and my youngest is too young so they couldn't enjoy the room. It would've been nice to have a similar room (or just a period of time during the day) they could play indoor in a play room.
