The lady working in the kids' club was wonderful—very friendly, caring, and great with children. Two times during the stay fruit and a bottle of wine were delivered to our room, which was a nice touch.

− Unfortunately, our experience did not meet the expectations of a 5-star hotel. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were unfriendly, indifferent, and not welcoming. The check-in process was also poorly organized and not informative, so we had to find almost all the necessary information ourselves in the hotel's app. Our room was not properly cleaned upon arrival. We found hairs of different lengths and colors in several places around the room and bathroom. Cleaning during whole our stay was really bed. During dinner, the restaurant staff repeatedly cleared away food and even our personal belongings before we had finished eating, without checking whether we were done. This was very disappointing. The hairdryer in the room was extremely old and underpowered. It took around 30 minutes just to dry my thin hair, so I can't imagine how long it would take for someone with thick hair. The bathroom also had visible mold, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. For a 5-star hotel, the bathroom amenities were far below expectations. There was no hair conditioner at all. On the first day, the only toiletries provided were shower gel, body lotion, two cotton pads, and two cotton buds. Nothing was replenished during our entire one-week stay. The bathrobes and towels were old, worn, and overwashed, making them unpleasant to use. Finally, the evening entertainment was of a very low standard and did not match what we would expect from a hotel of this category.
