− Had booked for 4 executive club rooms but got a down graded lower end rooms. As the had some severe issues and couldn’t find other rooms for us

1.0I have found nothing regarding 5 star hotel mentioned at a time of booking. It was worst experience stay in broad bean resort & spa never will prefer any one to visit if any one is looking for 5 star hotel.
− I didn't like resturant facilities their was not tandoor item available. Closing time was 9:30 pm.i have never seen 5 star hotels with such facilities. Spa room was normal not facilate with 5 star facilities. If any one is looking for 5 star resort in will never prefer.you will be feel cheated.
