− Contraté un Tour parida del Monte bromo y me mandaron una persona que no vuelva una palabra en inglés en un coche muy viejo por otro lado para ir de ahí al aeropuerto me mandaron un auto que trató de cobrarme demás, aunque ya estaba pago. O sea que los servicios secas que me ofrecieron que eran más caros que la habitación no fueron Buenos

− The travel agency the hotel has exclusive arrangement with. Their request to pay in cash only . The poor quality of the jeep and the non speaking English at all driver when arriving from Malang ( much better the day after) Room with fresh temperature at night. No food available at tea time
