10.0مكان جميل فندق هادي ورائع والموظفون متعاونون جدا حيث اخذنا عرفه شامله 3 وجبات ولكن الغداء والعشاء كان نختار من المينيو وليس البوفيه وكان الاكل لذيذ ونظيف ونطلب اي اكل يحضروه لنا

10.0Fantastic hotel with an excellent location, overlooking the jungle and just moments from the Periyar Tiger Reserve. The breathtaking views and sparkling outdoor pool are absolute blessings, as are the incredibly comfortable beds. The dining area has an elegant ambiance, and the food is delicious —especially the homemade madeleines! Our teenager enjoyed the well-equipped fitness center, while the younger kids had a wonderful time in the playground. The staff is exceptionally caring and helpful. Belonging to the same owners as the luxury property The Mountain Courtyard, this hotel provides the highest level of service and truly feels like a 5-star retreat.

10.0Property was very good and easy to locate on the road. Staff is very polite and eager to service. Aashiq helped us check in and he ensured the service was at its best. We were family of 6 which includes 3 generations. He also upgraded our room is so that all rooms are adjacent, which was a very good gesture.
