2.0We arrived at the hotel at 9:30 am- the reception guy informed us checked in at 11:30- so we decided to go out and have Breakfast . 11:30 were back at the hotel and we waited and room is not yet ready until 12:30 when i already starting to feel upset. When we reached the room- we are so surprised when we saw the room- it was so outdated lots of flies and so old and dirty. We are so tired and sleepy - so we decided to stay and sleep. Until we asked only for a bottle of water and it took 45 minutes to arrived. Service is terrible. Room is so old and dirty. We decided to leave and wasted 2000 egp.
