3.0− The Air conditioning in rooms were not working properly, very old rooms and smelly toilets. Swimming pool was not clean.
Not as expected from Clarks

Clarks Ranthambore vs Other 4 stars' stay experience
4.01. Common Area cleanliness and size. 2. Least crowded. 3. Only staff named Arun was maintaining the name of this renowned chain of hotels and treated us well which atleast felt like we are staying in a 4 star. 4. Response from concierge was quick but implementing solution was not.
− 1. Initially room was not upto the mark of a 4 star hotel. If compared with Sarovar Portico(Ajmer), this place lacks total cleanliness. 2. The tap was broken and flush was not working. 3. There was no facility of hot/cold water. 4. No TV channels were available. 5. Usually other 4/5 star hotels provide complimentary milk and baby food for infant. Example of my previous stay at Sarovar Portico the baby milk and food was actually well managed and timely provided to me without I have to inform them. Its not like that if we are paying for a room , we cannot pay for baby diet. But its the experience which other good rated hotels provided and make the stay so memorable that today I am actually mentioning it in this review. 6. I opt for paid buffet without actually knowing the cusines(my mistake) because second most important thing in any stay is actually good quality food which I was not even considering to be bad for the fact the its Clarks. No good options in both complimentary breakfast or paid buffet.
