− room service very poor, key guard switch was broken, playing cards were delivered which were mixed up with other pack of cards, asked for other pack of cards which were not delivered..., Even for the wine tour- it was part of the package and pick up drop was included, so we did communicate with the front desk that we will require pick and drop facility, when we reached at 6 pm to the desk, they were not ready to drop us, unless we made it a point about confirmation and insisted that you need to arrange for the same, then the car was arranged, we were late by 20 min to the tour and missed the beginning. such kind of negligence and casual approach was not expected from this property. For a novice traveler they take it for a ride...not us
