4.0The hotel is well located and has decent facilities for families. The rooms are well done and the bed are really comfortable.
− What happened to this hotel? Capella is marketed as an "ultra-luxury hospitality brand", one of the best hotel brands in the world, but this property falls far short of those standards. The cabanas and kids’ pool have cracked paint, the poolside bar is left unattended all day long, and we had to walk to the restaurant just to order water. The QR codes at the poolside tables for food and drink orders are old and rusted, making them unusable. When food was delivered to our table, napkins were never included, and we had to request them every single day. The kids’ lifejackets were broken or torn. And even the breakfast offerings was average, displaying frozen dumplings and pastries. On top of this, a wedding took place next to the pool on our first day. From 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, the music was so loud that we could not enjoy the pool, and we could still hear it back in our room. It would have been thoughtful for the hotel to inform guests about the event so we could have adjusted our plans accordingly. Overall, this experience is far below what we expected from a brand like Capella.

8.0Китайский ресторан-превосходен. Работа рецепции и сотрудников бара отлично. Номер был очень удобный с огромной ванной комнатой. Работа архитекторов и декораторов превосходна. Очень удобный для купания в море пляж, само море в этом месте превосходное-вылезать не хочется)
− Завтрак и обслуживание на нем-плохо. Сервис около бассейна-плохо. Во многих местах плохой вайфай. Тайский ресторан-несъедобно.
