− Equipe de recepção despreparada e arrogante. Equipe de guest relations inexistente. Levamos 2h30 para conseguir um quarto, porque o time de recepção insistia em apenas trocar nossas pulseiras ao invés de aceitar que a porta do bangalô estava com problema. Depois me colocaram em um quarto menor que o reservado. Tudo te pedem para fazer pelo whatsapp, inclusive reclamação, mas você não tem resposta por lá.

5.0Quarto espaçoso, cama confortável, os funcionários dos bares sempre foram ótimos, um funcionário na área das piscinas que sempre trazia guarda sóis toalhas, infelizmente não peguei o nome dele. Equipes do trapézio e cassino foram ótimas.
− Estive no hotel no carnaval em 2023, experiência ótima, mesmo com o hotel cheio a comida era excelente, sempre a disposição. Dessa fez o hotel estava vazio, 1 hora antes de encerrar as refeições já não havia reposição e faltavam alimentos, a hamburgueria e pastelaria são péssimas, pedidos demoram, chegam errados ou não chegam. A limpeza do quarto só foi feita no terceiro dia e por insisti várias vezes, e não repuseram papel higiênico e sabonetes. O dispenser de sabonete estava quebrado e só foi consertado no quarto dia depois que fui bastante ríspido na recepção, os demais problemas do quarto que reportei não foram arrumados. Por fim, no penúltimo dia pela manhã passei na enfermaria e pedi para colocar um gelo reciclável para transporte de medicamentos no freezer, a tarde passei novamente lá e verifiquei que ele estava parcialmente congelado, portanto na manhã seguinte estaria pronto para o transporte. No dia seguinte ao retirar o gelo, o mesmo estava líquido, ou seja, alguém tirou na geladeira durante a noite, provavelmente estava atrapalhando para gelar a coca cola deles. Novamente tive que recorrer ao pessoal dos bares que foram ótimos e colocaram em um freezer super forte.
