8.0Ubytování na úrovni, čisté a pohodlné.Vše na dosah - jak recepce tak restaurace i moře a bazén. Moře čisté a odliv nebyl cítit, hned na plavání. Uklízeči i recepční milý, ochotný řešit vše tak abysme byli spokojeni.
− Obsluha na baru u bazénu nepříjemná. Umístění toalet v areálu daleko od sebe, jedny na pláži a jedny u recepce. Obsluha v rybí restauraci na pláži velmi nepříjemná a arogantní.

10.0This is our second visit this year and we are hoping to make it three before the year is out. We think this hotel is fabulous in every department from the cleaning staff right up to the management. Everyone is so welcoming and do there utmost to make your holiday very special. All hotels get some negative reviews because everyone has different requirements but we can honestly say that we can find no faults whatsoever and we will be back ASAP. We love you all.xx

10.0Uçağımız erken iniş yaptığı için bizi normal giriş saatinden önce odamıza yerleştirdiler booking‘de denizden uzak olan ikinci kısımda oda almamıza rağmen(bu durum belirtilmediği için) bizim isteğimiz değerlendirerek her konuda güler yüzlü ve samimi tavırlarıyla Samira sayesinde istediğimiz yerde odamıza kavuştuk. Ayrıca otelin genel müdürü Mister Muhammet Fuat her türlü sorunumuzla yakından ilgilendi çok teşekkür ederiz. Kapıda bizi karşılayan Muhammet İsmail ve İtalyan restoranında her zaman sıcak tavırlarıyla mutlu eden Yasmin ve Mahmut’a ayrıca teşekkürler her anlamda çok güzel bir tatil geçirmenize destek oldular

10.0Honestly, the breakfast and dinner were varied and delicious, but there could be improvement, especially in terms of variety. As for the beach, it was very enjoyable and impressively well-organized. The services were beyond description, and all the staff were very respectful and helpful.
− I really loved the place and I will definitely come back, but I hope there will be a discount on bookings. I was very impressed with the speed of response to any feedback.
