Wonderful hotel and amazing stuff

The hotel is located right by the sea and offers stunning views. Everything was spotless, and the rooms were cleaned every day. The food was absolutely delicious – the à la carte dinners in the specialty restaurants and the themed dinner evenings were outstanding. The children’s activities and the evening entertainment were of a very high standard. Special thanks to the animator, Wiktoria, whom our daughter absolutely adored. She has such an amazing positive energy! 😉 Thank you for making our holiday so wonderful!

Superb family hotel, great for adults too

Food was incredible and the entertainment was on point too, Victoria and the team do a fantastic job and really bring the energy all day! I highly recommend

Wouldn’t go back - very disappointing

Very disappointed. Came with family and friends. Children in our group disappointed with very restricted use of waterpark. My son nearly 5 could only use the one slide which is only open for part of the day and that was if we signed a waiver, and that he would go down with an adult. Can you imagine his disappointment seeing his sister and friends using the other two slides when he couldn’t use any! Hard for parents to manage their childrens’ expectations. Each slide open at certain times; never all together. So becomes very monotonous. Height restrictions making the one slide only accessible for adults. The slide available by waiver is useless - most people get stuck half way down! Our friends have written a very honest review about this issue on TA and as soon as the hotel became aware of the review they pestered them to take it down. The swimming pool area sun beds are snapped up by 8am at the latest - far from ideal if you want and need a lie in. Same with the beds by the waterpark - there’s a queue of people waiting to get the beds at 10am when it opens. This is not relaxing! At 6pm lifeguards blow their whistles and bark orders at you to get out of the pool. Absolutely shocking. We arrived late due to flight delay and slow process at airport with baggage and there was no food for us. Bearing in mind we had two children with us I thought this was pretty poor show. A lady did however make us a sandwich but it took an hour to receive it and by then our children were fast asleep. The air conditioning did not work! Despite me calling reception three + times to complain it still wouldn’t go below 23.9. Our bathroom flooded daily when using the shower. Food is mediocre at best. We wanted to get taxis to Rhodes Town. I was in dialogue independently with a taxi driver who gave me a quote. Concierge said they would find us taxis for the same if not less. I told my contact thanks but no only for the hotel to then book us taxis at higher prices. We believe the hotel has an arrangement with the cab company and profits from it. Even though they deny this. We had to go to a pharmacy up the road - the hotel arranged taxi cost 12.5€ but on the way back I was charged 8€ by flagging my own one down. We’ve been to some really superb hotels in Greece and specifically here on Rhodes, and sadly this is not one of them. Some of the staff are amazing which is its only saving grace. However my partner came downstairs to get some drinks just before midnight - the staff were out on the balcony of the cocktail bar - he waited for a couple of minutes and they came in at 12.01 and refused to serve him unless he paid something ridiculous like 30€ despite the fact they’d not been at the bar to serve him until that point. There’s zero soul to the hotel, you could be absolutely anywhere. Safe to say we won’t be going back.

Waterpark with only one slide open at a time!

I have read a previous review which mentioned the hotels waterpark that only had one slide out of the five open at time. I was interested in booking this hotel until I read this as one of the main reasons for booking a hotel is to have an onsite waterpark so I emailed the hotel to check if this was correct. This was their reply: The waterpark is open daily from 10:00 until 17:30. Our waterslides operate on a rotational schedule, which is a carefully planned practice forming part of our sustainability initiatives. This approach helps us reduce water consumption and protect the natural resources of Rhodes while still ensuring that guests can enjoy the slides throughout the day. The daily rotation is as follows: Blue Slide: 10:00 - 13:00 Colorful Slide: 13:00 - 15:30 Body Ball Slide: 15:30 - 17:30 So in other words only one slide is open at a time which I find absolutely ridiculous. This has totally put me off booking here as my children love going on all the slides at water parks not just being restricted to just one slide open at a time. I’ve never heard of anything like these rules and have been to numerous hotels which have onsite water parks. I thought I would write this review as if like me a waterpark is important to you it is good information for you to consider.

Brilliant hotel

It was our daughter's wedding and we had a fantastic time. The team were amazing helpful thoughtful they were 100% the best and the hotel was amazing loved it .also victoria ,Sigrid, Melina were amazing too.

We have just returned from a wonderful 10-day stay, and we cannot thank everyone at the hotel enough for making our holiday so special. Although the hotel was completely full and incredibly busy during our stay, everything was exceptionally well organised. The whole operation ran so smoothly that you would never have known how busy it was. This is a real credit to the management team and every member of staff. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made such a difference and created an atmosphere where we truly felt at home. The food was outstanding throughout our stay, with a fantastic variety and excellent quality every day. Our room was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable, and the facilities were excellent and meticulously maintained. Having the water park included was a fantastic bonus and added even more enjoyment to our holiday. The hotel grounds were beautifully maintained, creating a lovely environment to relax in. We also really appreciated that there were plenty of sunbeds available around both the swimming pools and the beach, so there was never any need to rush out early to find a place to relax. The beach restaurant and bar were another highlight, offering an excellent variety of freshly prepared snacks and refreshing drinks throughout the day, making it easy to enjoy lunch or a drink without leaving the beach. We have travelled extensively over the years and have stayed in hotels all over the world. What impressed us most here was not only the excellent facilities, but just how well the hotel was managed. Even at full capacity, everything operated seamlessly, and the positive atmosphere created by what appeared to be a genuinely happy and motivated team was evident throughout our stay. That speaks volumes about the leadership and the culture of the hotel. The beach itself is lovely, with crystal-clear water and a beautiful setting. It is a shingle beach, and there are stones in the water, so we would definitely recommend bringing water shoes, as they make getting in and out of the sea much more comfortable. Once in the water, the clarity is fantastic and it is a wonderful place to swim and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Thank you to everyone for making our holiday such a fantastic experience. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our family and friends and would happily return for another stay. Thank you once again for making our holiday so memorable.
