From the moment we arrived staff went above and beyond with a free early check in and our swim up room was amazing decorated beautifully for our honeymoon. The food was the best I have ever experienced on a all inclusive it was incredible

We had a lovely stay, the location was good, the food fantastic and all the staff so friendly and welcoming. I couldn't have asked for any more. I don't normally go back to the same hotels, but we will definitely be back! Thank you Caravia!

A nice resort, ideal for families – but with a few downsides for couples

We recently spent a few days at this resort as a couple and overall, we had a good experience. What we loved: The buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of dishes to suit all tastes. Every meal had plenty of fresh options and different cuisines – something for everyone! The beach was beautiful, with clean sand, crystal-clear water, and plenty of umbrellas, which we appreciated. We stayed in a bungalow in the newer part of the resort. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable in terms of layout and facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. One thing we truly appreciated was the possibility to use a shower after check-out. Our flight was in the evening, and after checking out at 12, we were still able to enjoy the beach and pool thanks to this thoughtful service arranged by the reception.

− Something we didn’t know in advance: the resort is heavily geared toward families with small children. There were many families and very few couples without children. While the resort itself was nice, had we known this beforehand, we probably would have chosen a more adult-oriented hotel. The bed was a big disappointment. It was advertised as a double bed but was actually two narrow single beds pushed together. The mattresses were old, uneven, and far too soft. After the first uncomfortable night, we asked for a change, and the staff added an extra mattress on top. It helped a little, but unfortunately we still didn’t sleep well during our stay. Overall, the resort offers many great features and is perfect for families. If you are a couple looking for a quiet or romantic getaway, you might want to look for a resort that better matches that atmosphere. Nonetheless, we appreciated the service and facilities.
