− First of all, even though I have a knee injury, they gave me the room in the farthest villa; after a bit of discussion, I was given a room closer to the main building. We had asked for a quiet room, but the one we were first given was right in the middle of all the noise. The rooms are unnecessarily large, and there’s even space in the bathroom to park a car—I think they were going to install a jacuzzi there at one point but then decided against it. The pool was extremely dirty and covered in algae. When you opened your eyes in the pool, it felt like your pupils were burning. The algae had bred bacteria. None of the locks on the doors in the pool area work. You have to keep the bathroom door open while you’re in there, otherwise someone might walk in. Under no circumstances can one person get two towels. They won’t give you one for the lounge chair and one for drying off, and they argue about it. The staff was rude—I never would have expected that. When I came to this island 15 years ago, the people were extremely calm and peaceful. All in all, you’re sure to find better places for the same price.

9.0Nos encantó este hotel y estuvimos tan a gusto que decidimos alargar una noche más nuestra estancia. La ubicación es fantástica: está en primera línea de playa y muy cerca del puerto donde te deja el barco, por lo que se puede llegar caminando sin necesidad de utilizar los carros de caballos. Las habitaciones son amplias, modernas y muy cómodas, con un buen servicio de limpieza. Además, el propio hotel facilita la reserva de actividades y el alquiler de bicicletas y motos, lo que resulta muy práctico para moverse por la isla. El desayuno tipo buffet está bastante bien y ofrece variedad. Llegamos por recomendación y la experiencia superó nuestras expectativas. Sin duda, volveríamos.
