10.0everything except one thing we took all execslusive but we had to pay for the ice creams and the fruit drinks in the pool

10.0كل شياء ممتاز الخدمه النظافه الترتيب المعامله الاهتمام من قبل الطاقم جميعا ، دائما يسالون اذا كل شيء تمام وهل نحتاج اي مساعده . دائما يسعون لراحت وخدمت النزلاء . انا ازور هاذا الفندق للمره الرابعه وكل مره اتفاجأ من الخدمه الرائعه . ومن المعامله الممتازه . في المرات السابقه الاكل كان يستحق درجت 8 من 10 ولكن هذه المره يستاهل 10 من 10 وحتى اكثر . طاقم العاملين جميعا بدون استثناء بمنتهى الروع ، الاخت لارا في الاستقبال كل الشكر والتقدير لها على الخدمه الرائعه ودائما تسال اذا كل شيئ تمام وتسال ان كنا بحتجه الى اي مساعده . الاخ سلطان من طاقم تنظيف الغرف ، انسان رائع وخدمه ممتازه جزيل الشكر له على الخدمه الممتازه التي قدمها لنا . والاخ ايما من المطعم كل الحب والاحترام والشكر له ، دائما مهتم ان نتلقى افضل خدمه ، انسان محترم ورائع . وجميع العاملين بدو استثناء فس المسبح والبارات والمطعم ، جميعهم قدمو افضل خدمه ، ولا ننسى الاخ جلال في بوابت الفندق انسان دائما مع ابتسامه واستقبال رائع . ستسحقون جميعا 10/10 وبجداره . شكرا جزيلا لكم ونلتقي السنه القادمه .
