− المسبح لايناسب الأطفال اطلاقاً وسلم النزول او الدرج غير موجود وبارد جدا حتى في النهار المغسله(مغسلة أرائك) تبع الملابس لم اجد أسوء منها ملابسنا رجعت بها رائحه كريهه جدا وملمسها مختلف ومقزز وتم اعادة غسلها في مكان آخر يوجد باعوض وصراصير ليلا

− اولا الصورة التي في بوكنج لم تكن نفس حجزي الذي حجزته كنت أريد نفس الصورة المعروضة مسبح و مدخل مستقل و غرف لكني تفاجأت عند الوصول بأن حجزي في فندق مع العلم ان اسمه منتجع ارائك و ليس فندق ارائك و هذا الاسم سبب لي اختلاف في الحجز لأني ظننت بأني احجز في منتجع و تفأجات بأني حجزي شقة في فندق و اخيرا عند عملي check out للشقة رفض الاستقبال مغادرتي الفندق حتى يتم تفتيش المكان من بعدي و امرني بالبقاء في الاستقبال و لم يسمح لي المغادرة حتى الانتهاء من التفتيش ثم سمح لي بالمغادرة لا حول و لا قوة إلا بالله
