8.0The staff Ransima and Sabita were good. The food was really good. It's an 8 year old building. Upkeep needs improvement. Backwaters view is amazing. Worth staying

5.0− I stayed at this resort for two days and was disappointed by the overall experience, especially considering it is marketed as a 5-star property. While the resort has a beautiful setting and good infrastructure, the standards of cleanliness and maintenance fell well below what one would expect from a luxury establishment. The buffet restaurant was consistently troubled by flies, both indoors and outdoors, making meals uncomfortable. At one point, I personally requested that the food dishes be kept covered. Birds frequently entered the dining areas and left droppings around the premises, yet there was little visible effort to clean or maintain hygiene standards throughout the day. Housekeeping and general cleaning appeared to take place only in the mornings, with limited attention given thereafter. For a property claiming a 5-star experience, the lack of cleanliness, proactive service, and attention to guest comfort was disappointing. I sincerely hope the management addresses these issues, as the resort has great potential. However, based on my experience, the service and hygiene standards did not justify the 5-star rating or the price paid.
