− Some of the equipment is old and needs replacing, eg: carrom board, cricket and badminton equipment.

− Not properly maintained, Pond in middle was dirty, Rooms and facilities are full of ants and insects, Rooms were not even maintained… We got stung by something like bee and we got rashes over body ..

Beautiful location, but could do with some investment
7.0The location of the hotel is absolutely beautiful. The staff helped us to arrange two boat rides - one a shakira (covered boat)and one on an canoe (similar to a small punt in the UK). The staff were very pleasant - especially the reception and restaurant staff.
− The choice at the buffet breakfast and dinner was very limited. The lunch we had, however, (ordered a la carte ) was very good. The room was quite basic in terms of facilities, and the bed had hard pillows and mattress - so two nights sleeping there was enough. There is a nice small pool - with just two sun loungers (no cushions). The hotel could be beautiful - and more comfortable - with a bit more investment by its owner.
