Beautiful surroundings, but the rooms need major maintenance
6.0The property is surrounded by beautiful coffee plantations and timber trees, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. It is easily accessible, and the staff were polite, friendly, and always willing to help. The natural surroundings are definitely the best part of the stay.
− The rooms were quite old and didn't justify the price. There was poor ventilation, frequent power cuts, and the AC wasn't working during our stay due to a reported main power line issue. Room maintenance needs improvement—the main door didn't close properly, the bathroom door was difficult to lock, there was no dressing mirror, and water was leaking onto the rear balcony. The tarpaulin covering part of the roof made a lot of noise throughout the night due to the wind, which affected our sleep. The food was average, and the buffet felt overpriced for the quality offered. We were also charged ₹500 (later reduced to ₹350 after a long discussion) for a single umbrella string that broke because of a sudden gust of wind, which felt unreasonable. Additionally, GST was charged over and above the MRP on bottled mineral water, which was disappointing. Overall, both the room and food pricing felt higher than the experience justified.

7.0The location is perfect for mullayangiri, baba budan giri , jhari water falls etc. Everything is decent and organized.
− stay wise I got it for 6k which I thought is little expensive. If you get this property for 4-5k it would be worth the money spent.nothing negative, staff at reception could be little more welcoming.

10.0Awesome stay, wonderful food, excellent staff. Peaceful amidst forest. Blissful view and good facilities. Network is low but if you want to enjoy without any phone calls this is absolutely wonderful to come and enjoy holidays.
