5.0La qualité des lits et la climatisation silencieuse
− L’eau de la piscine avait un mauvais PH, mes 2 enfants ont eu des irritations sur les zones sensibles pendant 2 jours. Après contrôle par la réceptionniste qui n’était pas très compréhensive d’ailleurs, le PH n’était pas bon. De plus les produits de la piscine, chlore, pH+, etc… sont entreposés juste à côté de la piscine à porter des enfants.

− ห้องติดสระ แดดเข้าทั้งวัน ถ้าจะมีลูกค้าพักพนักงานควรเปิดแอร์ไว้ก่อน ร้อนมาก แอร์ก็ไม่เย็นรอเป็น ชม แจ้งพนักงานก็เถียงว่าเย็นให้รอรอจนเหงื่อแตก พนักงานฟร้อนแลงงๆมึนๆ
