not very good and left early
3.0− the hot tub was filthy and had hair in it ,it was slippery inside the hot tub,my mother nearly fell as it was slimy inside, we therefore checked out a day early as the hot tub was the main attraction,as i’m sure it is for a lot of guests,i will be seeking some kid compensation for this
A lovely weekend with lovely friends

1.0Nothing You cancelled our holiday, the morning .we were staying.. Apparently you had been told by Hornsea Lodges our lodge was not available 2 wks ago.. Yet you still booked it out to us and sent confirmations that it was booked for us You did not help arrange alternative accomodation You did not compensate us And the fact that you are now asking for a review just takes the...

Rubbish company just a joke
1.0Nothing our booking was cancelled at 9 . 14 am on the morning of the 8 th of September We had already taken our dog to the kennels and set off to Hornsea with a very excited 2 year old We were told that the boiler had problems and there was no alternative accommodation for us We still have not received our money back from yourselfs and we couldn’t book in anywhere else at the last minute so our little break we were looking forward to was not to be So thank you for letting us down !!!!!!!!!’

7.0The Lodge itself was lovely (Dovetail No 22) and it's surroundings.
− Unfortunatly the lodge was in need of some general maintenance. The TV did not work and despite reporting it 3 times, it was only fixed on our last day. We were asked to pay a £200 security depisit when we arrived which we were not advised of prior to arrival and then told on departure that it can take up to 10 days to release !! The Kitchen was ill equipped - the oven shelf did not fit properly. There were saucepans but the lids did not fit and one did not have one at all. There was only one dish. The extractor fan did not work either. In the downstairs bathroom the shower rail was broken, the bath panel was "bodged up" and was generally tired.

The park will accept family parties only. Access to this park is controlled by a number plate recognition system for security. This will only read standard number plates not ones which are custom made. Please note your hot tub may not be up to temperature on the first night of your holiday due to cleaning and water change.Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. will send a confirmation with detailed payment information.
