1.0Das freundliche Personal, die Lage und das frisch zubereitete Essen. Ausserdem gab es verpackte Zahnbürsten + Zahnpasta für jeden Gast im Bad und 1 Flasche Wasser. Insektenspray war auch vorhanden.
− 1. Das wir die einzigsten Gäste im kompletten Hotel waren. 2. Die Tische im Restaurant waren alle dreckig, obwohl das Personal aufgrund der fehlenden Gäste nichts zu tun hatte. 3. Die sehr dreckigen Zimmer: überall zerdrückte Moskitos an den Wänden, dem Moskitonetz, usw. Viele Stellen hätte man durch abwaschen entfernen können. Ein Moskitonetz sollte waschbar sein. 4. Die Riesenkakerlake, die wir morgens im Zimmer fanden. 5. Die Angst eines Überfalls, der wir die ganze Nacht ausgesetzt waren. 6. Die nicht isolierten Stromkabel, die über dem Duschkopf herauskamen. 7. Keine Reaktion der Geschäftsleitung auf unsere Beschwerden, die wir per Mail versendet haben und die weitergeleitet werden sollte. Für den Preis, den wir bezahlt haben, hätten wir viiiiel besseres erwartet. Auch die Hotelbilder stimmten teilweise nicht mit der Realität überein.

5.0The location was great next to the entrance of the park, Food options, not so much and it was always served abit late than scheduled time, having a young one it was hard to navigate coz she was feeling sleepy by the time food was served
