7.0Premettendo che l'hotel è un 4 stelle e tutti gli altri 4stelle della Giordania erano su un altro livello, questo hotel non si presenta come gli altri. Innanzitutto è ubicato in una stradina nascosta e anche difficile da raggiungere. Accolti al cancello blindato dove vengono eseguiti dei controlli di sicurezza con metal detector per poi passare nella hall dove ti controllano gli zaini come in aeroporto (cosa non successa in nessun altro hotel giordano). Non trovavano la mia prenotazione, dicevano che avevo sbagliato il giorno della prenotazione (in realtà leggevano male la data), quando capiscono finalmente che la data è giusta ci danno la camera, premetto che il check in era alle 15 e ci hanno fatti entrare una decina di minuti prima e che forse la camera non era ancora pronta, l'abbiamo trovata senza asciugamani puliti, con un asciugamano sporco dentro l'armadio e comunque non pulitissima. C'era molta polvere su alcune superfici. In compenso letto e cuscini erano molto comodi e puliti. Questo hotel è in mezzo al nulla, quindi sarete quasi obbligati a cenare lì, opzione che su booking non c'è, vi consiglio di scrivere all'hotel per prenotarla o comunque si può pagare li sul posto. Il cuoco è molto gentile e la cucina è molto buona! Dall'hotel si può accedere alla loro spiaggia privata sul mar morto, sia con navetta gratuita che a piedi, alla hall insieme alle card della camera riceverete dei voucher per noleggiare gli asciugamani nella spiaggia. In spiaggia c'è un signore molto gentile che fa sia da bagnino e vi aiuterà ad applicare i fanghi a disposizione (tutto gratuito compreso nella tariffa dell'hotel).

− We were 3 people Towels was available only for 2 people and soap and shampoos only was available for 1 ppl Breakfast service was very poor and there was one staff at breakfast service area when we asked for things he already left Wifi was very poor connections At the end we asked one the staff way to dead sea, he said shuttle bus available after we waited 1 hr. We asked other staff about this bus shuttle service and he replied there is no shuttle bus today. So we walked to dead sea area Overall not worth it Bad experience Disappointed

− المكان بعيد عن الشارع الرئيسي، و يمنع دخول أي من المشروبات و المؤكولات. بعيد عن البحر. يوجد شخص اسمه خليل، لا أعرف ما وظيفته بالضبط يجب الانتباه من التعامل معه. نصحني بإلغاء الحجز من على بوكينغ لأن لديه عرض أفضل، و بعد ما لغيت غلى علي الحجز. بصراحة لا أنصح
