8.0מקום יפה,חדרים מרווחים, בריכות וחוף ים, נקי מאוד. קבלת פנים מעולה לרבות עוגה ויין מתנה ליום הולדת ועל כך תודתי להם.
− אין חניה לאורחים. האוכל טעים,אם כי חוזר על עצמו ערב אחרי ערב. המיקום מרוחק ממרכז הפעילויות והקניות. בעת הציק אווט, עמידה קפדנית / מוגזמת, על כל דקה,וחיוב כספי עבור כל שעה מעבר לשעת העזיבה הקבועה (11). ראוי היה להעניק לאורח ששילם מאות יורו עבור כל יום שהייה ( והמחירים ללילה אינם זולים בכלל) קצת גמישות אפילו של שעה למשל,ולא לרוץ לחיוב כספי, גם אם רק 17 יורו לכל שעה. ועוד הערה..לגבי המיני בר- קרה והוצאתי חלק מהבקבוקים של המלון , והכנסתי בקבוק מים ובירה שקניתי בחנות. חזרתי לחדר וראיתי שהוציאי לי את הדברים שלי, והחזירו את הבקבוקים של המלון. מוזר, גם המקרר, אשר בקושי עובד, מיועד רק למוצרים שלהם וחל איסור להשתמש בו למוצר פרטי אחר. חבל שכך נהגו.

9.0Was man definitiv positiv hervorheben muss, ist das Personal! Alle waren extrem freundlich ☺️ Allgemein war alles super entspannt und die Liegen an den Pools und am Strand hatten viel Platz drumherum, sodass man sich nie von anderen Gästen gestört gefühlt hat. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen!
− Für uns persönlich waren die musikalischen Parts sehr negativ. Sowohl die Hintergrund Musik beim Frühstück als auch die Musik am Hauptpool waren nur schrecklich. Beim zweiten Pool lief zum Glück gar keine Musik ☺️

A magical escape from the pressures of life, in a stunning 5-star resort.
10.0A wonderful stay in a swim up room on the all inclusive option. Amazing, friendly and customer focused staff. Exceptional food. Plenty of options to choose from on all inclusive, there is always something nice to enjoy. We had breakfast in the main restaurant and usually had lunch and dinner in the A La Carte restaurants. Never had to reserve tables and staff always let us sit wherever we want which we appreciated as we could always have a nice private table (though the restaurants are set up so that tables aren’t too close to each other anyway so never seemed like we were sat too close to other people). Stunning room with swim up pool and view of the beach. We even had a surprise bubbles and cake for my birthday, the hotel obviously made a note of my birthday when they checked my passport, such a lovely gesture. Amazing Pina Coladas at the Amira Bar we had every day (the attentive staff always knew when we came back there every evening - ‘pina coladas?’ they would ask). We will definitely come back!! Thank you for making the holiday special.
− One suggestion for improvement is if the app could show everything we have added as an extra payment throughout our stay, to make settling the bill at the end easier to check. We were in a rush to check out and didn’t realise until too late that there was an extra random charge for a sun bed we never asked for, but I am sure the reception would have removed it if we told them (and they did ask us to check over the final bill to make sure it was correct, so it was our fault for rushing to check it). Next time we will just have to track everything so we can easily check it’s correct at the end, but as I said it would be super if there is already an option to track on the app. That’s the only thing for improvement I could think of as everything else was exceptional!!
