− Staff has no mutual understanding as well as they don't give proper response after depositing money. Staff doesn't match their services upto the scale of five star.

Camp Della rooms are situated on a hill. Access to the tents is through stairs.
Personal vehicles will not be permitted within the premises. Internal transport will be provided up to the nearest pick up and drop off point.
Drivers are not allowed to sleep in the car in the parking lot and drivers’ accommodation is available for an additional cost of INR 2,500 + Taxes per night included breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the designated venue.
Driver accommodation would be subject to availability at the time of check-in.
