8.0Convenient location with good staffs. Spacious rooms and clean bathrooms. Play area at the hotel is a plus when you travel with kids. Restaurant has excellent food choices as well.
− A couple of things could have done better. There were no shampoo or body wash available. Only soaps were given. So better bring that. There was a kettle available, but no tea making facilities were there. Only 1 towel was given per room, so better if they provide two. Toothbrush and paste wasn't there For a star advertised property, international travellers might expect this.

It took us one night before they changed our room to a clean one. It felt like they dumped us into a room before changin

− The rotting smells of garbage and drains as we enter the premises. Very very bad when we are not used to it.

− We book one deluxe and one superior Bungalow...All bedrooms had Bad Smell when we enter...no updation on the rooms and furniture..All are old ones...Atleast they can use Airfreshner inside rooms
