10.0Чисто. Убираются регулярно. Персонал отзывчивый. Хороший семейный отель, для местных людей.
− Далеко от города, хотя наверно в этом я сам виноват. Нет развлечений, бар закрывается рано. Нет европейской кухни. Пляж не работает, никто не купается, лежаков нет. В бассейне вода чуть выше колен. Нет лежаков, никто не купается. Вечером во внутреннем дворе выключают освещение. В целом в отеле ничего не происходит, очень скучно. Выйти сходить некуда, находится на отшибе.

8.0직원이 친절하고 오션뷰가 좋았다. 건물에 세월은 느껴져도 건물관리가 잘 되어있음. 조식 식사가 다양하고 과일 및 음료, 베이커리도 맛있었다. 요리사들이 계속 조리하면서 신선도 유지함. 건물 야경이 예뻤음. 건물이 매우 넓고 서양의 고급스러운 궁 컨셉이라 사진 찍기 좋았다. 포토스팟이 많음. 중식당에서 저녁을 먹었는데, 가지튀김이 정말 맛있었다. 칭따오 추천 메뉴인 이유가 있는듯.
− 12월 말 겨울 비수기라 적막하고 어둡고 건물이 넓어서 이동거리가 길었다. 잘때 침대알러지로 가려워서 수면을 거의 못함. 히터 공기가 나빠서 목이 매우 아픔. 추워도 끄고 자야했다. 조식 식당 이동은 로비(2층)에서 긴 계단을 통해 내려가야함.(거동이 어려운분 주의 필요) 조식 메뉴 중 어떻게 조합해서 먹어야할지 모르겠는 경우가 꽤 있음. 여러모로 성수기에 오는게 좋았다고 생각.

10.0Понравилось расположение, еда, номер просто отличный! Однако персонал не говорит по-английский и если нет переводчика, то на пальцах объясняться приходится. Огромная благодарность сотруднику консьержей Питеру, единственный, кто бегло говорил по-английский и помогал со всеми запросами: от вопросов отдыха до заказа такси! Иначе было бы печально. Остальное великолепно: ресторан японской кухни понравился на сто баллов, море приятное, бассейн детский, но нам хватило. Завтра великолепный, на любой вкус! Удивило еще, то вечером выключают свет везде, даже подсветку лужаек, поэтому не для любителей ночных прогулок) В остальном - супер отель, удивительный и расслабляющий отдых!

− 1.酒店所在的度假区出入口，如果是初次来容易迷路。2.从景区入口到酒店迎宾区或停车场距离较远，缺少引导线或指示牌引导客人入住。3.酒店内设施和装修整体偏旧。4.前台服务人员态度很好，但是业务技能差，对于用booking预定客房，不会查询订单；用银联信用卡结账，换了3台刷卡机、实验六七次才成功付款。5.还要支付与预定房间价格相当的预扣款（押金）。
