Please note that all guests are required to present a valid ID upon check-in, in compliance with UAE law. Original passport, UAE Emirates ID, GCC ID’s are accepted. The credit card must be in the name of one of the passengers travelling and the same card must be carried for verification upon check-in at the resort. Alternatively, if the passenger travelling is not the cardholder, or if for any reason, the credit card used for the booking cannot be produced at check in, the passenger may pay in cash or with alternate credit card, failing which the resort has the rights to cancel or reject the booking. Please note that all bookings required a full payment, a secure link will be sent by the hotel reservations team for credit card payments. Payment is required to be made with 24hours of booking.
