− am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at your property. Upon arrival, I was informed that my reservation could not be found, despite having a confirmed booking. This situation caused significant inconvenience, unnecessary stress, and wasted time. In addition, the experience during breakfast service was equally disappointing. The staff showed very little hospitality — there was no greeting, no smile, and no welcoming attitude toward guests. The overall behavior made me feel uncomfortable, as though I was asking for something free rather than being a paying guest at the property. I find it unacceptable that both the reservation handling and guest service standards were so poor. As a guest, I expected professionalism, courtesy, and a welcoming environment throughout my stay. Unfortunately, my experience reflected the complete opposite. However, I would like to sincerely appreciate Ms.Sujeewa, who was the only staff member that treated us with kindness, spoke to us in a friendly and professional manner, and genuinely tried to assist us during our stay. Her attitude and support were greatly appreciated. I strongly urge the management to seriously review the service standards, staff training, and guest relations to ensure future guests receive the level of hospitality expected from your property. I hope this feedback will be taken seriously and result in meaningful improvements.

− My husband and I worked very hard and decided to take a break. After check-in we were planning to experience the pool, but it was dirty, no one was wearing proper swimwear and no staff were inspecting. An elderly person was sleeping inside. We left. About the room: it was not maintained well. The commode was very old and broken with no proper flushing system. There were spider nests all over, the ceiling was damaged, and the towels were extremely old. The room shown on the website is completely misleading. Despite these disappointments we planned to have dinner in the restaurant, but after a 20-minute delay we received something completely different from what we ordered. We left the hotel and had to drive several kilometres to find a proper meal. The staff tried to calm us down in a very unprofessional manner. Overall it was not a happy holiday. I will not visit again and cannot recommend this place to anyone
