Nos alojamos en una Overwater Villa con piscina y la experiencia fue sencillamente maravillosa. El punto de recogida era en el aeropuerto de Male y desde ahí nos acompañaron hasta la lancha rápida que nos llevó al resort. El trayecto dura apenas 15 minutos, algo que para nosotros fue un gran punto a favor. Es cierto que desde el resort se divisa Male y había leído algún comentario diciendo que eso le restaba encanto al lugar, pero, sinceramente, para nosotros no supuso ningún inconveniente. La isla es espectacular y, teniendo pocos días, agradecimos muchísimo la cercanía al aeropuerto. A nuestra llegada nos recibieron con un collar de caracolas, un detalle precioso que nos hizo sentir muy bienvenidos desde el primer momento. Elena nos atendió de maravilla y también una chica en prácticas que fue encantadora; transmitía mucha dulzura y amabilidad. La habitación era espectacular. Amplísima, con un baño enorme y una bañera con vistas al mar, una cama muy cómoda y todo cuidado hasta el más mínimo detalle. La piscina privada nos encantó. Aunque tener acceso directo al mar es una maravilla, disponer de una piscina para relajarse aporta un plus que disfrutamos muchísimo. Otra sorpresa fue poder hacer snorkel ahí mismo. Vimos muchísimos peces, algo que no esperábamos y que hizo la experiencia aún más especial. La gastronomía también merece una mención especial: todo lo que probamos estaba delicioso, con una gran calidad y una presentación muy cuidada. Las instalaciones son preciosas y pasear por la isla, especialmente al atardecer, tiene un encanto difícil de describir. Habíamos valorado varios resorts antes de decidirnos y, sin duda, acertamos de pleno. El Taj Exotica Resort & Spa superó nuestras expectativas y nos dejó recuerdos inolvidables. Lo recomendamos totalmente a cualquiera que quiera vivir una experiencia única en Maldivas.

Place is extremely good, Water villas are excellent, location is great. Sumptuous food. 10/10 for place

− Hospitality is a bummer! In star properties generally service is on demand things should be extremely easy . To start off with 1. Poor communication amongst staff, we booked floating breakfast 10 days prior and have email confirmation yet i had to argue with receptionist they said nothing shows up in their record for today! 2. Second disappointing thing is we have a flight leaving at 9PM they asked us to check out Watervilla and wants us to move to a normal room, later they changed their word again communication and not willingness to help. Which is a turn off in star property 3. A one star hotel even holds luggage if a guest has extra time , because they didn’t adhere to their word and we had to take a ferry back to airport , we were vaguely told to use airports PAID luggage storage, they could have gone an extra mile by holding luggage or giving us an alternate

Excellent location for a short trip as accessible by speedboat. Staff are excellent, went above and beyond to make the experience incredible. Beautiful villas. Lots of activities. Lots of food options, very vegetarian friendly.

The hospitality is excellent, we felt very welcomed.

The staff were absolutely amazing. Big shout out to Adam, Siya and Shamiz. They really looked aftered us, including the amazing cleaning staff gentleman who was so superb at water vila. Honestly, its the staff that make the brand and quality experience

Ресторани дуже добре. Гарні бари. Відмінний персонал і обслуговування. Готель в цьому плані перевершує очікування.

− Частина вілл в потребують сильного ремонту. Для тих, хто не звик до шуму літаків, потрібно звернути увагу що пролітають поряд.
