8.0I wake up Late and breakfast ends at 11. Then thers a second restaurant open with only lunch. Can that second restaurant have breakfast items? Eggs, pancakes , bacon , fruit, etc ….. thanks

Robo, falta de higiene y pésima atención al huésped

− Mi experiencia en el Hotel Riu Santa Fe fue pésima. Durante mi estadía me robaron mis anteojos Ray-Ban Meta de un locker en la Fiesta Pink. Cuando informé lo ocurrido, en lugar de recibir ayuda o empatía, una empleada de recepción llegó a responsabilizarme por el robo. Incluso llamé a la policía, pero el hotel no colaboró mostrando las cámaras de seguridad ni demostró un verdadero interés por esclarecer lo sucedido. A esto se sumaron otros problemas graves: encontré pelos en la comida y, en varias ocasiones, el personal nunca se acercaba a mi mesa para atenderme, por lo que tenía que buscar constantemente a alguien para solicitar cualquier cosa. Para un hotel de esta categoría, esperaba un nivel de seguridad, higiene y atención muy diferente. Lo más decepcionante no fue solamente el robo, sino la falta absoluta de contención, colaboración y respeto ante una situación tan seria. No volvería y no lo recomiendo.

− No hay servicio de meseros en área de albercas y playa, las habitaciones no quedaban bien limpias los días que solicitamos servicio, el piso tenía arena, no pusieron bolsa para basura en el baño y el jabón un dia nos toco que le pusieran agua al bote
