The staff were lovely, such hard workers and always so happy. and the location was incredible. We loved the private waterfall dinner for our honeymoon, it such a nice night together- and the lagoon water was the most refreshing thing Ive ever swam in, which was so needed in the 36 degree heat. Wish we could've stayed longer.

J’ai rarement les mots pour décrire un hôtel, mais honnêtement, Avana Retreat est probablement le meilleur établissement que j’ai fait de toute ma vie. Tout était parfait de A à Z. J’ai passé un moment exceptionnel dans un cadre absolument sublime. La vue est époustouflante, la piscine est magnifique, le spa est incroyable, et il y a même une salle de sport très agréable. Franchement, je ne saurais même pas par où commencer tellement l’expérience était réussie. Ce qui m’a le plus marqué, c’est le niveau de détail et de réflexion derrière l’expérience client. On sent que tout a été pensé au millimètre près. À aucun moment je me suis dit : “Ah, il manque ça.” Tout est déjà là. Tout est fluide, beau, reposant et parfaitement orchestré. Le personnel était extrêmement sympathique et attentionné. La seule toute petite ombre au tableau, vraiment minuscule, c’est que la personne qui portait nos bagages ne souriait pas beaucoup. Mais honnêtement, ça ne change absolument rien à l’expérience globale. Et surtout, lorsque j’ai fait remonter l’information, cela a été pris en compte immédiatement avec beaucoup de professionnalisme. Je ne regrette absolument pas les quatre heures de route faites pour venir jusqu’ici. Cette expérience restera clairement comme l’une des meilleures de ma vie, et je reviendrai dans cet hôtel tôt ou tard, c’est une certitude.

A Beautiful Spa Resort beautifully designed.

This is a most beautifully designed jungle spa retreat where everything has been given so much thought. We had a two roomed villa with its own pool fashioned on a rice terrace and it was just magical. We also would have had magnificent views if it had not been so misty most of the time. The facilities in the resort are excellent especially the massages and spa complex. A real piece of heaven.

− The resort is so far from anywhere that you have no choice but to eat at the Avana Restaurants. Whilst the food was ok, it did not live up to the standards of the resort itself. Many meals were just not that tasty. Whilst we loved the resort, after 4 days we were happy to leave.
