− The dining hall staff was insufficient services were slow even for a glass of water we have to wait for more than 15 min and ask for many times

8.0Staff was excellent. Karan was very helpful and took very good care of us with a smile on his face. Location of the property is exceptionally scenic
− The blankets were thin and the room heater was not working consistently While the blanket covers were clean they seemed worn out.
Not value for money.
3.0Location
− Basic amenities were lacking and staff was largely unavailable. The rooms were not inspected prior to allotment. In the first room, the door lock was missing, due to which we were asked to shift rooms after some time. In the second room as well, essential items such as shower gel, glasses, etc. were missing. Repeated calls to the room service went unanswered. The next day, after submitting a written complaint, the shift in-charge ensured the room was properly arranged. However, these issues significantly disrupted and spoiled one day of our stay.

− Bathrooms were small. Water did not stay hot long so you have to take bucket shower.
