2.0Obiekt jest bardzo ładny, zadbany i położony w świetnej lokalizacji. Pokój spełnił nasze oczekiwania.
− Już sam meldunek pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Recepcja znajduje się na sali restauracyjnej, więc podczas wesela, o którym nie wiedzieliśmy trzeba wejść między bawiących się gości i szukać wolnej kelnerki lub recepcjonistki. W naszym przypadku klucze wydała kelnerka, co nie sprawiało profesjonalnego wrażenia. Największym rozczarowaniem była jednak organizacja restauracji. Rezerwując hotel z restauracją, liczyliśmy na spokojną kolację oraz obiad przed wyjazdem. Nikt nie poinformował nas wcześniej, że w sobotę restauracja będzie zamknięta dla gości hotelowych z powodu wesela, a w niedzielę z powodu poprawin. Po wymeldowaniu o 12:00 usłyszeliśmy dodatkowo, że z powodu licznych rezerwacji nie ma możliwości zjedzenia obiadu. Szkoda, bo gdybyśmy zostali wcześniej poinformowani o ograniczeniach, bez problemu zaplanowalibyśmy posiłki w innym miejscu. Zawiodła przede wszystkim komunikacja z gośćmi i organizacja pracy obiektu. Z tego powodu nie planujemy ponownego pobytu, nie będziemy polecać tego miejsca znajomym i zrezygnowaliśmy z pomysłu organizacji tutaj 40. urodzin. Tym bardziej szkoda, że obiekt ma świetne położenie i naprawdę duży potencjał.
