Leaving the property upset because we were locked out of our rooms before check out time.
4.0I enjoyed the property and the warm welcome we received initially. We even got an upgrade. But this warm welcome soon faded.
− The wait time for dinner was over 2 hours. They should have open up the buffet since the guess complement was near full capacity. We were locked out of our rooms the day of check out at10:30am and when we went back to the receptionist area to ask why no reasonable explanation or apology was given. Additionally, the bed was uncomfortable and I had a difficult time getting comfortable and falling asleep. There were also a limited option for breakfast. I was disappointed since the reviews mentioned excellent breakfast
My stay was superb. Had a great time, friendly staff, good customer service and very clean property.
10.0The food was nice, Big up to the Chefs, Waiters and Bartenders who made the lovely meals delicious. The quantity could have been better for some of the meals but non the less i am grateful. They have a variety of restaurants where you can pick, choose and refuse and i liked that.
− The wait time at the portofino restaurant was ridiculous. I was there from after 8pm, seated about 9pm and got my food almost 10pm. I believe the service could have been much much better if the staff were moving fast enough.

10.0The property was conveniently located not far from Sangster International Airport. The junior ocean suite was really nice and the property had pools and hot tubs everywhere there were also restaurants and room service. Staff was very friendly and kind can’t beat it for all inclusive

8.0La ubicacion es perfecta, la playa, el diseño del hotel, la amplitud del resort, las actividades, la comida, los cocteles. El personal es muy amable. Hay ambientes tranquilos y otros super animados que me parece perfecto.
− Que no haya servicio de transfer desde o hacia el aeropuerto. Falta mas claridad en los horarios y sitios de ciertas actividades. Las sillas de la piscina eran dificiles de conseguir porque otra piscina estaba cerrada por renovacion.
