10.0The reservation and reception team (Ola-Omar-Adel) were extremely helpful and friendly and did their best effort to make my stay extremely comfortable, I arrived 5 hours before the check-in time from a very long trip and they prepared a room for me in no time ☺️ (I thank you all for a memorable stay). The hotel manager (Mr Omar) was extremely kind and generous.Leading and outstanding team, he offered a free upgrade for my room when I realised that the room I booked was not sea view. Everything in the hotel was amazing (Beach-room cleanliness-Food-location) and a very (professional-kind-attentive-helpful) crew lead by a talented manager. Thanks 🙏 for a memorable 8 day stay☺️. I forgot to mention that I made a mistake during reservation from booking.com application (miss input of dates), and the people from booking customer service along with the reservation team at jewel beach matrouh fixed it all in no time 🙏🙏☺️
